The point of the OP is that you can only get the kit as a port installed option for now. If you want to get an education regarding what the kit entails, there are other threads.

Please spare us the "wow this is dumb, I can get a XXX Piggy for less" comments.

Keep the scan tool in the car then. Why leave something that diagnoses a car at home? that is pointless. Not like it is too big to carry in your car.

Why would you ever pay for a HPFP if your car is under warranty?

If you want more power and want a warranty, why would you not just go with Dinan? Or is the Dinan warranty relatively poor compared to the factory warranty?

Saving you almost a grand and giving you an extra 60-70HP over this power kit and the capability to clear your codes before you go into the dealership.
I'm just not interested in a cat/mouse game with the dealership and my warranty. I do realize that the horsepower to cost ratio is completely fvcked, but the security it provides can't be beat. Once I'm out of warranty though...it will be another story.

lol... might want to search that one. Oh you went WOT, warranty void. Oh you changed out your muffler to non-Dinan, warranty void. Oh you didn't use the stock RFT's, warranty void.
