Anyone have experience hiring someone to fix rims?

You can see there's something going on around the center caps too. Is this the clear coat chipping off?

Also thinking about replacing the center caps with new ones:

I would be calling a mobile refinisher and for $400-$500 have all four refinished.

Curb my beyern spartans this week. Order two new wheels, will leave the curbed ones for my winter set. I did the refurbish option on some wheels i had on my old Bimmer. Did it for two sets of wheels and used two different reputable companies. Results were awesome but after about a year and a half one set was peeling and the other had tons of discoloration. So at this point i much rather just suck it up and get new wheels.

The 313Ms have a diamond cut finish, so if you're just having one done it will be near impossible for it to match the other 3. I recommend getting all 4 done at one time.

Do your research on prospective refinishers, a lot of the time you get what you pay for so spending the extra $ will pay off.

I'll be interested in hearing what route you take. The centre caps corrosion is from moisture getting in behind the lacquer, it'll spread quite a lot (if you think yours are bad, wait til you see mine!). I've also been told that as the 313's are diamond cut they can only refurbished once since you are filing away metal. I have heard conflicting reports on this however as some say they can be done more than once. Others have gone for the painted route as it'll last longer. This corrosion, or milking, around the centre caps will come back, its just how diamond cut wheels are so its something to bear in mind.
