Wipers not working HELP!

The other day i started the car and smelled a burning wire/electrical smell. It was faint and brief. On Sunday i tried to use my wipers and they are not functioning. Which fuses are for the wipers?

#48 I believe. But fuses don't smell so you may have more serious issues.
