Door panel fabric separation

Any ideas on how I can repair these door panels or should I just take them to an interior/upholstery shop?

It might be better to take them to a shop. Unless you have a sprayer at home. The typical aerosol cans of spray adhesive don't work great for panels like that. Or I've never had good luck with them at least. I've done a few door panels on my own and had to take them to the shop to get them fixed because the adhesive didn't hold for long.

Yeah I tried the 3M spray adhesive but it only held for a few months

I recently ordered a can of vinyl cement that you apply with a brush but quickly realized it's incredibly difficult to get everything smooth and fitted properly.

I'm probably gonna find a shop to do it.

From what my interior guy told me, the stuff they used was more like the cement. He just ran it through a sprayer and it resulted in even application. I could never get the 3M on evenly for larger areas.

You can find these used on ebay or craigslist for cheap. Why bother with it?

I actually tried a cement. It was called vinyl cement to be exact but it was messy and hard to apply. I don't think I have the proper tools and experience to pull off this job by myself and make it look pretty lol
