M4 rear spoiler vs e92 "high kick" aka performance spoiler

**UPDATE** I asked the 135i guys. Here http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...0#post20176070)

Looks like ebay made a M4 like rear spoiler that fits the 135i / 128i and it looks sorta like the e92 high kick spoiler but with a missing piece in the middle. Which imo looks more aggressive.
Can anyone find an M4 rear spoiler that fits our e92's?
Thoughts???

Subbed.
I have been thinking about this from the 1st time I saw an M4 in person.

the question is will people be willing to pay $300-$400 for one. I watched the e90 high kick cf spoiler thread for a while and when it finally got released not a lot of people bought it due to price point

i did..thats what OEM costs you.with perfect fitment and craftsmanship.

previously i had a rep CF per spoiler fitment was okay but when i pushed it down to bond to the trunk it started to crack.

so id gladly pay for something OEM

Thing is I am totally fine with a $90 ebay M4 like spoiler that I can paint myself.

I just asked the 135i guys what their trunks measure out to be. I am betting they are just slightly smaller in width by an inch or two than our e92's.

The 135i trunk lid is much more "CSL-like" in that it curves up higher and farther back. The E92 is very flat.

ya.. so if the e82 can fit the m4 and just measuring the spoiler of my e92 .. all someone needs to do is measure the spoiler from e82/m4 or the lid width to confirm that itll fit lenght wise but the curve of the lid is another story.

maybe the spoiler can be off by half inch on both ends and it still might look ok. but im not down to cut a cf spoiler in half to shorten it to fit. unless its getting painted. this is only if it curves right to fit

This is a misconecption. The "M4" (notice the quotes) spoiler for the e82 is an ebay spoiler and it's made for the e82 specifically.

Ebay link to an M4 style spoiler below, just found this. i'm not sure if anyone has tried this out yet so can't be sure of the quality, fitment or even what it would look like in comparison to the real thing.

I'm really interested in getting one of these, but I don't fancy being the first to pull the trigger lol!

EDIT: just type in 'M4 Spoiler E92' on Ebay, there are a few different options, looks like they're all from China based on the sales descriptions.

I bit the bullet and ordered one. I will put up a couple pics or a video whenever it comes in and I get it on.
