Best tire i've had for wet conditions are Goodyear F1 GSD3's. And they are now replaced by Asymmetrics which in turn is supposed to be even better then the GSD3's.

T1R's in the rain is a bit sketchy, and their super soft sidewalls dont help either.

For rain : Toyo R1R (notice it's R1R, not T1R)

The DZ101 is just fair in wet. I am not familiar with Toyo, but top wet traction tires to consider would include the Michelin PS2, Conti Extreme Contact DW, and Dunlop Sport Max TT.

Toyo R1R's are horrible for rain... Extremely bad tread pattern for water dispersion but they are great in the dry. I personally use them on my race car and they have tremendous grip.

Toyo T1R's are a bit better in rain but definitely not as good as the Dunlop DZ101's. I have never had an issue with the DZ101 hydroplaning on me.

Again, I have to recommend Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta, those are great in the wet.

dz101 really sucks for dry traction, not sure about the rain since the car I used them on was never driven in the rain.

I found the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric are pretty amazing wet and dry.
