Issues with Popping/Creaking Sound at Low Speeds

I have a 2009 335i, over the last few months I've been having some issues with clunking in the front suspension.

I have the following parts installed:

- KW Street Comfort Coilovers: The coilovers are currently set to a ride height of 13.75 inches from the center cap to the lip of the fender. This is essentially the maximum height this kit supports.
- M3 Front Control Arms
- Dinan D160-0004 Camber Plates
- ECS Tuning Front Sway Bar: I've just installed brand new OEM Endlinks. I'm using the bushings supplied by ECS with the stock bushing collar.

The popping sound can be heard when turning the wheel when the car is stopped, occasionally when taking off and also when backing out of driveways. Because I've changed so many parts I was unsure at first where the sound was coming from. To help isolate where the sound is coming from I removed the front sway bar and endlinks from the car and took the car for a test drive.

With the sway bar off the car there was no popping or creaking. I'm pretty sure the sound is coming from the sway bar. The bushing that ECS provides does not seem to fit the stock sway bar collar well, the collar is very tight on the bushing, this is likely causing the bushing to squeeze the sway bar very tightly. I think this might be causing creaking, with the endlinks disconnected there is a squeaking sound when moving the bar up and down.

I have lubricated the outside and inside of the swaybar bushing as ECS recommends in their install guide.

I was hoping to get some feedback, has anyone had similar issues with the ECS Sway Bar? Is there something I may be missing?

Today I pulled the bushings off and removed the existing grease. Instead of the standard silicone grease I used SuperLube which had worked well with poly bushings in the past.

This time I also made sure the bushing was torqued to exactly 16 ft lbs (I didn't have a torque wrench to do this before). So far there seems to be no noise. I'm not sure how long it'll be before it becomes noisy again.

If that's the case, it's likely the endlink...tighten them down some more and try again.

I've also had creaking sounds from the center strut brace bolt...a couple extra ft lbs of force and all was well after.
