Wheel Fitment
I'm still learning things on our cars such as wheel offsets, sizes, will they rub, etc. My current ordeal is that I'd like to figure this out relatively soon so that I can buy a new set on clearance.
2007 335i e93 F: 18x8.5 ET30/40 R: 18x9.5 ET35/45 Tires-wise... ?/40/18 I'm really not sure how the first number correlates to the wheel width. I'm also planning to put the car on KW V1's and drop it an inch or less. Thanks guys |

Generally 8.5 inch width needs a 235 width tyre and a 9.5 needs a 265. Do your research and decide what you want in terms of look, stretching, rolling arches etc. Offset is crucial to everything imo.

Here is some additional information regarding that fitment on a non-M E9X: Front: 18x8.5" ET35 or ET38 with 235/40-18 tires Rear: 18x9.5" ET35 with 265/35-18 tires -Direct fit. -245/40-18 front tires can be used. -275/35-18 rear tires may require rolled fenders and/or negative camber depending on ride height. If you use a 18x8.5" ET35 front and a 18x9.5" ET35 rear, you can run 235/40-18 front and 265/35-18 rear tires as a complete direct fit on an E93 335i. You can also run wider 245/40-18 front and 275/35-18 rear tires but in most cases that will require a rear fender roll to completely alleviate any rubbing that might occur under suspension compression. I highly suggest checking out our E9X non-M fitment guide, as it is a great resource to help understand wheel fitment and tire sizing for your vehicle: https://support.apexraceparts.com/hc...-Fitment-Guide Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions! -Geirsen

So based on my research...
F: 18x8.5 ET30 235/35-18 R: 18x9.5 ET35 265/35-18 Here are the wheels: https://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Whee...Silver+Painted Is there anyone out there who can vouch for a setup like this? Again it's an E93 and I plan on getting some ST coilovers relatively soon. Thanks guys |

I would suggest doing the suspension first, let the car settle and then you will know how much room you have. Too many have done tires and wheels first and it creates problems.

Need help with fitment. I drive a 2011 335i Xdrive e92. I am on stock suspension and plan on staying on stock suspension. I know I want to run 18s but other than that I did not know tire size, wheel offset, or wheel width. Please Help?

SQUARE: 18x8.5 et35 - 235/40/18 or 18x9 et30 or et31 - 255/35/18 STAGGERED: Fr 18x8.5 et35 - 235/40/18 Rr 18x9.5 et35 - 265/35/18 These would be modest OEM+ fitments. Is this what you're looking for? Be specific and ask specific questions. What do you want to know about tire size, offers, width? Forums are not the place for long, detailed informational posts. Start small.
