Another suggestion on finding good PDR person is to ask your local dealership. If you have any friends that work at any of the local reputable dealerships get them to ask their used car manager who they use.
In my area there are about 4 PDR people but the best one among them does not advertise, have a website or even really do retail jobs as he mainly works for dealers. I got his name and number from my friend at the local dealership 20 years ago and I still use him today.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
