Authentic Osram CBB (Cool Blue Boost) D1S - literally brand new. I received these as a gift but already have a pair. I've authenticated these through Osram's Trust Program. It's an open package as I installed the bulbs to ensure they're working. 1 bulb is more scratched as I actually closed it and drove around to ensure there weren't any flickering issues, the other I just powered on and off.

I'm a little curious as to why you installed to insure they where working properly if they were brand new in a sealed package?

Simple, I didn't want to sell something that didn't work, regardless if they were in a opened or unopened package. I've purchased other lights/LEDs that were brand new that ended up having issues with them. With something as important as headlights, I didn't want to take that chance.
