yeh it is a bit staged and yeh it is towed by my E91 LCI (de-badged natch)
for some reason it amuses me but the badge is unlikely to stay on!
Puck suits the E91 though -what else would you use a diesel estate car for?

Saw this 5 series in a DFS carpark today with one of those 'M Power' rear numberplate surrounds.

Hi, had a look at your gallery. Could you tell me where you got the blue E92 from?

Thanks in anticipation.

Hi Alan,

The E92 model colour is actually black and not blue. I'm fairly certain that no 1/18 E92's were made in blue (apart from the M3).

Question

hi guys, love the forum, had some laughs, but just noticed my plate number
it has a bmw and m badge
it is a genuine m-sport though brought it 8 months ago.
do i get new plates made?

p.s the rear boot is de-badged and there are no other m badges on the outside of the car. just the original on alloys, steering wheel and gear stick.

Yes, remove that plate - for two reasons, it's a bit clownish, and I don't even think that's legal - it must have the standard legal badges (GB etc) or nothing at all

Lovely car though

Absolutely correct! I think my brain must have died that day

Anyway, just had a look at the Kyosho catalogue, and you want KY 08735BL, which is the E92 330i in Blue, available here:

http://www.die-cast.eu/catalog/produ...roducts_id=335

I'll try finding somewhere in the UK that sell's it, but on first glance, have not found anywhere, but will keep looking!

I cant remember if BMW ordered some 1/18s in Blue; from memory, I dont think they did. But if you got your's from BMW, then they must have!

I believe Black Sapphire and Space Grey Metal are still available from BMW.
