Angry bmw oldbury

i was wondering if anyone could help me?i brought a 1 series 3 years ago but have been completely ripped off i was told im paying through the roof as i will only have it for 2 years but i have since found out i have it for 4 years but 3 years voluntary termination.
i have had more problems than any other cars that range from my clutch going in 5 months of brand new and being told its due to me being a woman to recently trying to give the car back and being told i will owe them £500 due to going over my miles but didnt even know about this as nothing was pointed out at all
has anyone been there and had bad service or can anybody help me

thanks guys and girls

Garage List
Sounds like you should have read all the paperwork, and the finance guy would have gone through all this with you.

I am also truly apologetic that your experience with us has been so disappointing. I will be speaking with the Dealer Principal first thing in the morning and would like to ensure that you are well looked after. Will you be able to send me an email with a few contact details for yourself and the registration number of your vehicle, if you are also able to recall any person that has been dealing with you I will also be truly grateful for this information.
I will investigate this issue as a matter of priority, and although I doubt that we will ever be forgiven for the awful experience, I at least intend to ensure that you are apologised to and that efforts are made to better this situation.

My email address is annekasanghera@sytner.co.uk
