Need help enabling Navigation in CIC

Chicago area (or remotely) - I need help to activate Navigation in a replacement CIC unit. I replaced my defective CIC with an identical unit. 2011 E92, the the VIN needs to get coded, among other things, I'm sure.
This is NOT a retrofit but a replacement.
I have a K-DCAN cable, Win 7 laptop with the usual software suite. INPA, NCS Expert & Dummy, few others. TeamViewer or any other remote control.

Google CIC patcher. Or just add a carplay mmi and use that.
