Painting interior wood panels?

Has anyone tried to paint their interior panels that are wood? One of mine has a scratch that looks like a razor blade scratch, and I would love to get the panels painted Titanium Silver to match the exterior. Any insight is appreciated.

I am also interested in switching out the wood for an aluminum kit. Anybody know where to get a good deal and how much this kit costs?

I'm in Memphis, TN in case there are any body shop reps on here that can do this for me. Thanks.

Wow I can't believe nobody has responded. Surely someone out there has tried this...or at least has some witty comment like "Why don't you search the forum first before you post." LOL
