Counterfeit Injectors

Why are these things still allowed on eBay? I see dozens of listings that show a set of six injectors all with the exact same flow rate calibration values printed on them. I notice they're mostly listed as 'remanufactured' and don't ever mention Genuine BMW, but still, who is buying these? This is precisely why I don't purchase any auto parts, or anything where authenticity matters, from eBay.

I have been looking at these also. Ista is telling me to replace all my injectors (n53) at 4-500 euro a piece. Would love to know if the remanufactured injectors are worth it.
