Have you played rugby then and if so my mental picture is pleasantly stimulating. Sorry, I'll go now!

Follow a bit of Quinns and my local team Esher - but not as much as I should. Try to get to Twickers whenever the opportunity arises (and the wallet allows). Went to the England/Italy game a few weeks ago.

Yes the game! I have played rugby, but not for a lot of years. Your mental picture would involve a 14 year old boy in shorts. Shame on you!

Had to give up through injury.

14 year old. Think I'll stick with my original mental image.

Shame about the injury though Ed........happened to my sister's first husband, cartilage trouble and he was going to be signed up for Hull FC. Prefer Union personally, but support Hull FC as a rugby league team.

I do often get asked if I play! Tore all the ligaments in a shoulder, which left it dislocating frequently (not particularly nice). Had it fixed, but that was my rugby playing over.

Now I enjoy rugby watching not playing, theres something about sticking my head into other blokes arses, sniffing their sweaty egg shaped balls until my ears pop out to look like cauliflowers that doesn't do it for me!!

but there is also a big difference between some of the fairies who play football in the premier league and the traditional sunday league football down the local park, not too many women playing down there. Not for long anyway!

Ok being born in London, gives you a great oppotunity to support one of many London football clubs. So on that note,I am season ticket holder for 19 years at Chelsea but been going for some 28 years...yes i know...someone had to.When I worked for a airline I used to go all over, infact for 9 years solid I never missed a game home or away.Ive been there when they were SHIT before people ask and yes I agree Mr Abramovich made all my hopes and dreams happen.

I love the noise mostly.

I now go when believe it or not my employer(Im a consultant contractor) Mr Abramovich has nothing better for me to do.I can tell you he and I missed a few games recently due to his business dealings, but since then and I can tell you he aint half as skint as he makes out lol,I started to go more often. When Im not using my season ticket @ £1170 ouch lol,my trusted mates borrow it.

So I do go and love it ....

Highlights...
Dennis Wise goal in the San Siro
Zolas goal in the Cup winner cup final
Getting smashed at every game after in the 300+ pubs registered in Chelsea,Fulham and Kensington.

Lowlights
Champions League Final 2008,but I did feel at home in Moscow and had many friends family and others on the lash night and day for 3 days.

But I love any sport...Im english

Budgie

Now you've upset me by mentioning a certain Mr DW

Decent player - but - I wish Chelsea had done us a favour and kept him on when his playing days were over instead of which the b****** is here f****** up the toon!

Not a popular bloke is Mr Wise in these parts. Would never be seen again if he braved the renowned Newcastle club scene.
