Cruise Control - Manual Transmission

Reopening this thread.... having the same problem. I have a JB4, but don't think that's the problem. I have a 6SP Manual and I'm thinking my clutch might be starting to slip. That would probably trigger the cruise to disengage, right?

Are all these posts for manual transmissions? Thoughts?

Yes a slipping clutch will cause it to shut off

Well, add me to the list of drivers where the cruise control shuts off all by itself. After reading another post (see link below). I took my car out for a drive. Cruise control works in 4th with no issues. It's intermittent in 5th and 6th gears. Cycling the clutch pedal yields inconsistent results ... sometimes CC will come back on; sometimes it won't. I don't have any DTC set in memory.

I pulled up wheel speed sensors on my Foxwell GT80 MINI, and went for a drive. All wheel speed sensors are indicating the same speed. Live data feeds indicated the clutch pedal, brake pedal, and DTS switches are working properly. However, the clutch pedal switch reports to DSC and CAS; I could only pull up the position of the clutch switch via CAS, so I changed out the switch. That didn't fix the problem.

Another post indicates this problem is with the DSC module. See page 3.
