N55 issues stage 1 plus

Hello everyone, I have a 2012 e92 335i. It has run in to some issues lately that I would like to get sorted. Its FMIC, metal charge pipe, aftermarket blowoff valve for those awesome noises and a full HPS intake. The car is also tuned by MHD stage 1 plus on I believe the V1.60 I thinks its called not the .80 don't know if that makes a difference. I graphed a log the other day and it just doesn't look right to me it is tuned on 93 oct but would definitely help if someone with more knowledge than me about this would take a peak at the log it would be awesome as I am not super mechanically inclined. Also there is definitely a weird sound when I get in to boost no idea how to describe it so its useless information but felt the need to share.

I am also new to the whole getting "clean" pulls so I'm not sure if the one I am going to try and upload will be enough so just keep that in mind and any pointers in general would be much appreciated. Also let me know if the link works very confusing trying to upload it just says invalid file

That's actually a decent log, although you have a little more timing correction than I'd like to see. Make sure you have good quality gas of the correct octane or higher and try again. Also make sure your plugs are fairly new and gapped correctly.

Those corrections aren't horrible but you have corrections on 4 of the 6 cylinders, which likely points to the need for a little more octane.

Check out the pdf attached here, it gives a lot of useful info on logs.

Ideal logging conditions would be starting at about 2.5k RPM in 3rd gear, put it to the floor, get it to at least 6k and shift into 4th before letting off.

Oh sweet, But by higher octane what do you mean? I am running on 93 which is the highest octane rating at gas stations around me. Do certain gas stations have better gas or should I throw on a tune for 91 oct?

I also 100% think I need new spark plugs what gap would you recommend? I have 99k miles if that helps with a decision.

For every +100hp you should go 1 step colder.
In your case, NGK 97506 will work great. I have them gapped to around 0.025 and they are excellent.
