Seriously, MHD and XHP have made this so simple, try INPA, WinKFP installs on a windows laptop to flash and code with. If you can't handle buying a cable plugging it in and downloading an App, you might want to just stay away from this or pay someone.

Reached out to xHP on Thursday evening [via Messenger], they responded first thing Friday morning (my cable and adapter arrived that day). Just backed up the factory transmission software, and am in the process of flashing with Stage 3 as I type this. Looking forward to feeling the difference first-hand. Thanks to all involved who were able to provide this solution to us 335d owners!

Recently updated to the newest version with the more aggressive rev match on the down shift, so aggressive in fact that even downshifting around 3k rpm I get a big rev and then a surge of boost and my bov goes off. Kinda silly when just coating up to a stop light.

The others that had this forgot to turn traction control off, do you have it fully off?

Thanks!

Besides the app notes is there a place that lists all versions and changes?

traction control completely off....here's a couple brake boosting test logs from today...something doesn't feel right. feels as though 2nd gear just drags on. I'm not hitting any torque limit active so its gotta be something with the trans flash

xhp can you chime in?

Just update to V1.3.

V1.2 brought the A clutch into slip, depending on the rest of the setup.

Make sure the App itself is updated, then just select "re-download ots maps" under the misc. section.

Just updated to Stage 3 1.3(twin turbo version) and it is much better than 1.2 and 1.1 also. Rev matches/throttle blips on downshift are fixed compared to 1.2 and it seems like my 2-3 and 3-4 upshifts are quicker as in 1.1 they were seeming to be a little laggy sometimes. This is all in M mode btw.
