What should my next handling upgrade be?

I'm a big fan of going fast around corners.

So far I've done m3-control arms front and rear.
I'm on H&R sport springs and Bilstein B8 shocks.
I've done stiff 27/20mm sway bars.
Exchanged all rubber bushings with polyurethane ones. Subframe, differential, control arms, the lot.
I've changed the alignment to run -1,8° front and -1,4° rear camber for minimal understeer.

The car handles good but I'm always looking to improve it! Any suggestions what my next handling upgrade should be?

I've been interested in getting a Quaife Torsen differential for a long time. But they are very expensive. :/

I run the stock end links, they hold up really well! - I keep a spare set if one would bend or snap.

No need for LSD, or coding out traction control. Sticky tires should suffice. No offense, it is a 328, not a turbo car.

Interesting.

I need an LSD with my 328i. Lots of one wheel spin while on the track/hpde. It is sitting on my shelf waiting for install with a bunch of other stuff . And the handling benefits of an LSD are widely known.

But then hey, what do I know? I just own a 328i.

avocet, I wasn't being snooty there, especially as I don't have an M car. I had a 328. Was a better balanced car than a 335. I'd expect it to do better in the corners due to the weight distribution, but losing traction surprises me.

Did you put poly bushings for your swaybars as well? I recently did the rear and I feel a noticeable difference for initial turn in response.

I second the Michelin pilot sports. if you have another set of wheels, I'd go with sport cup 2's. they love holding rocks in the rubber though.

we sell them for mustang track pack 2 cars (I'm a ford tech for job security) and the tires alone, holy moly! they change handling more than I can explain. you have to experience it.

Even 316i can benifit from LSD, if driver know how to utalyze it that is.

better coilovers, and more camber. The camber won't increase the tire wear if your toe is set right.

The sway bars came with new rubber bushing and what looked like some teflon surface. I don't want to put poly and copper grease in that spot. The new rubber bushings really clamp on to the bar when you tighten the brackets down.

Lots of good advice in here so far. Driver mod/more track experience, etc will ultimately provide the best results, but it definitely helps to be able to tune your suspension and learn about how small adjustments can have a huge impact on performance.

With that said, they sky is the limit when it comes to suspension, which has a tremendous effect on how the car handles and the feedback it gives you as a driver.

Bilstein, Öhlins, and KW all make fantastic setups, and are suitable for a large majority of drivers. A step up from there in terms of both build quality, adjustability, performance, and price would be MCS or JRZ.

We have helped many drivers with our JRZ/Ground Control/Hyperco coilover setups for both street/daily and track applications, and have received nothing but positive feedback so far.

yeah, that's nonsense. Having no LSD sucks, the inside wheel on corners will always lose traction first - even if you only had 100hp, it would still be a huge improvement. In fact past BMWs with 100hp 4cyls came with LSD by default, it wasn't until the bean counters came around that they replaced it with crummy e-diffs and ABS nannies.
