318D Troubles

I'm gonna cut straight to the chase, I have a 318D E91.

About 2 months ago I bought a BlueSpark tuning box, put it on max setting and it was working fine for a couple of weeks then the EML came on. So I knocked it down a setting which caused the light to go out and everything was fine again. Some time down the line I noticed a problem between 1500-2000rpm, sometimes when going around roundabouts I would experience some kind of power loss or a misfire, if I keep the rpm between this range on a straight road I can feel some sort of small jerks (very subtle) as if something is pushing back on the car. I have plugged my car in and got P3043, P0101, P0402. I have taken the EGR off and cleaned it, replaced the Mass Airflow Sensor and it still hasn't fixed my problem. I'm now considering a bad fuel pump? MAP sensor? Injectors? No idea what's going on and btw I have taken the box off and the problem persists.

Please could someone point me in the right direction?

I'm no expert though
Definitely you are NOT and expert as 318d doen NOT have spark plugs.

Take the shitbox off?

Sometimes you have to pay to play and running a tuning box on its maximum setting on a stock engine is asking for trouble.

What year is your car?
