Anyone know a good shop that can replace my headlight plastic covers with new ones?

Why not do the headlight polish?
I did that on my wife's X3 when we replaced one cracked headlight
One was new one was 5 years old
Polished it and it looks almost like new
Total cost was like $30 for a headlight polish kit from advanced auto parts
Just make sure to use several layers of painters tape around the headlight to protect the paint

I'll do it for you. Will take a weekend. And if it's an e90 I'll have to cut the plastic off. You won't notice it though.

A bottle of Meguiar’s PlastX, a little elbow grease and you’ll save yourself over $200.
