I voted, 22nd!

Looks like the 22nd is a more popular date, and we will get some Jersey folks down here too! Do we want to do a picnic? Or a meet and greet and then drive to a restaurant/bar to eat? Or just meet at a restaurant/bar to begin with.

I am only familiar with the Great Falls park and trails and such, not too familiar with surrounding areas to grab some eats or some drinks. Anyone have any suggestions?

ok. someone from the DC area needs to step up and pick a place, time and whats going to happen.. this will go on forever if they dont. Can someone please step up for this!

so poll looks like the 22nd. I work in the morning so later in the day is best for me. If there are two places - one to eat, with nice winding roads between them that would be awsome.

I can't make the 22nd because I'll be out of town so I'm kinda bummed I'll miss the meet, but there will be a next time I'm sure. 10 more days until I pick up my machine!

Ok I am a DC metro guy so I will step in. We can go to Tysons Corner galleria. They have nice restaurants there. Maggiano's, Chesecake factory. There is also chinese P Wang or something like that. Tysons corner is around 5-8 miles from Great Falls.

We can also go to downtown DC but lots of parking problem there.

Wait a minute, I can use my iDrive to find out all the restaurants nearby once we are there and we will pick one out.

I am more interested in checking out e90's.

Has anyone done any mods to the car yet?

Ag - can you post directions, time to meet up and then have everyone who is going to be there reply again with a "yes" so we can get a correct number of people.

Directions are pretty simple

From 495 south (coming from Maryland)

- Take exit 44 towards Rt 193, Georgetown Pike.
- Make RIGHT turn on the light - onto Rt 193.
- Keep going straight for about 3 miles.
- Make right on Old Dominion Dr. - cant miss this as you will see signs for Great Falls.
- This will take you right into Great Falls.

From 495 North (coming from Virginia)
- Take exit 44 towards Rt 193, Georgetown Pike.
- Make LEFT turn on the light - onto Rt 193.
- Keep going straight for about 3 miles.
- Make right on Old Dominion Dr. - cant miss this as you will see signs for Great Falls.
- This will take you right into Great Falls.

There is an entry fee for $5 per car.

Meeting Time - how about we meet at 12 noon.

Chill there for an hour or two. Then go for lunch from there.

Or

We can get food/drink and eat there. Great Falls is a very decent picnic place. This way if somebody is coming late in the afternoon can still hangout with us.
