Case was a chargeback in which he had received the money and has not returned the wheels , he's been ignoring all my text/ calls. Beware of this bitch made piece of shit . There's more coming

Wasn't he selling those because he wanted a less aggressive setup or something?

You cover shipping and I'll return these. I disputed with my credit card company. These are not a clean set. There is a reason why I won the dispute. If you are smart you will work with me. I originally asked for a refund from you, until you cursed me out via text. With a credit card dispute, there is no entitlement to ship back items with a case won. You could have avoided that from the start.

So you were trying to sell a set of "not clean wheels" after your money had been returned? Something doesn't add up... Cc company would have a field day with this info...

Ok so you wait 6 months to file a claim on rims that are in perfect shape. If the rims where fucked up you should have filed your claim within the first week not 6 months later. I call bs on this one and agree with the OP.

I agree too. Just pay him the money since you robbed him for 6 months. You used his rims for 6 months so it's pretty much yours.

I asked seller multiple times before purchase if the lips were polished. Seller confirmed that. I also asked if I could clean the lips with metal polish, seller also confirmed. I continued to use metal polish to clean the lips. One day, I called wheels on site to repair a curb rash mentioned prior to sale on one of the wheels. It was then I found out that the repairman couldn't fix the curb rash because the lips are all chrome. He stated it is a very expensive process to de chrome and re chrome the lips. My ads stated the lips are chrome. Had I known, I would not have purchased the wheels at all.

That is either miscommunication, or purposely stated to get the sale, either way, I am willing to set things straight with the seller. You cannot fix any curbs on a chrome lip unless you are willing to completely redo the lip.

And another note, I have had two people tell me that one of the lips had prior damage on them (bend). I could not really notice if there were any bends, but if it had been repaired prior, I would have liked to know that about the wheels.

So you purchased the wheels. Drove on them for 6 months. Polished them. Damaged them. Then claimed they were damaged when you got them to your CC company and got your money back.

The reason they got damaged in the first place is because you're running that stupid ass stretched setup and looks F'in stupid. As far as I'm concerned, you deserved to have them damaged.
If you want that stupid stretched look, go buy a GTI or Civic.

I still don't see how this makes any sense at all. Just send him his money. You used the rims for 6 months so it's yours. If you want to return the rims then you should be paying for using the rims for 6 months. Either way, you should pay something since you had his stuff for half a year. If you disagree with all of is here on this then your hopeless.

Don't get all pissy with my post because I'm defending someone who got robbed and then your saying he should cover shipping. Are you kidding me???? You used his rims for free for 6 months!!!

The rash came from the seller dismounting tires. It was mentioned to me before I purchased.
