Yea I'm happpy finally. Sheriff could not locate his exact address so I then took his credit card company itself to court and got ruled in my favor with the amout of proof I had. Judge told cc company to find there customer and not let him get away with this since the cc company had to pay me.

Didn't cost me much most fees are because of the lawyer process if you choose to get one
