I don't think you want the wheels back. Once mounted you have no idea what wrong with them. take him to court and file a claim with paypal. sounds like fraud

At this point his best bet is to ship wheels to you at no charge + repair to original condition, but I'm not even sure you want them now, since there could be more damage and he might even use bad shipping packaging and so on.

Check your legal options, but I think you might have to subpena Paypal or something to get his full name and address and then file a case from there.

Agreed that your best course of action is to take this guy to court. He clearly knew what he was doing given it was 6 months later AND he tried to re-sell the wheels. It's unbelievable that his comment on this thread says he'll ship back at YOUR expense. What a ridiculous thing to say.

I realize you're upset OP, so I don't think outing his address/personal info is going to get you anywhere at this point. Don't accept the wheels, win in court, never deal with this guy again.

lol im pretty pumped right now...do what you got to do twin3....he did a very shady thing and hes going to pay for. Make sure you consult a lawyer to see what else you can claim or get out of him and also please watch what you say on here just in case he uses it against you as threat or something..you never know man...good luck and keep us updated man...you have all of our support and were here to back you up!

When you received the wheels you should of seen that lips were chrome. not polished. then make claim not 6 months later. you are just a POS. hate persons like you. at six months you eat the loss since its all your fault for lagging in getting info of what would it take to fix. not sport the wheels then make up your mind later.
