I had the B and M in my celica GT-S and the throw was too short so I got rid of it. The quailty was top notch though.

B&M is a great company. I have used many of their short shifters and short shift kits on my previous cars (none of which were bimmers though). Usually B&M produces the original short shift kit, then companies from Taiwan will copy the product with cheaper materials that tend to break. Those are the ones to watch out for. As for eBay..I've always had luck there. Just buy from someone with good feedback.
