6 cd changer for e90 upgrade

I noticed in the trunk a cd changer, i am wondering what can you upgrade this to, can you make it an mp3 player or some thing else?

There was a thread here about replacing it with a USB hard drive for MP3 music.

Mr12volt usb sd card bluetooth streaming phone and another aux.

If the CD changer was installed no further programming is needed.
