MAFless on E series N55?

Is it possible to run without a MAF sensor with a BMS Intake with a JB4?

I'm having some rough idle/studders on acceleration at low RPM, and from what I read that's a common issue on some cars with the Intake.

From what I read it's possible to do it on the F series with a JB4 but I can't find any info if it's possible on the E series N55. The JB4 is the latest firmware it was installed two months ago

If you have a JB4 you should be fine just to unplug the MAF.

For some reason I was scared to do that, but I'll go ahead and give it a try! Will this affect the car negatively somehow? like fuel economy etc. ?
