Need help with sport seat swap please!
Hey everyone so today I swapped 2013 sport seats into my 2008 non sport. Everything plugged right up but when I went to do the drivers seats I forgot to unplug the battery so now I have an airbag light on. The weird thing is there was no airbag light after I put in the passengers side and started the car. So now I?m left wondering what to do. I went over to bmw and the tech said his scanner couldn?t read the seat?s module. He said he could program it and try and reset it that way but that wouldn?t be until next week. Do I have to modify something with the seat to make the light go away? Does the light just need to be cleared and everything will be fine? I?m just pretty lost on what to do now. Any help is appreciated thank you!
