Yeah you'd need good external catch cans on both the intake manifold side and the intake pipe side with a PCV valve integrated into the vacuum side threaded outlet. Even then, it won't be as good as the stock PCV setup.

Nope, tested it and all works great.
Just what I ended up with. I thought using the cable duct and using the factory clips were the most logical solution. I didn't want to cut into the plastic wire conduit so I and using velcro ties on the bottom of the cable duct. I ended up using the other spare spot in the cable duct for the brake booster vacuum hose
