PCV is all integrated so i really doubt you could reproduce out of billet.
I've looked at my old one quite closely and no way to disassemble without cutting it.

I saw a picture somewhere of someone who cut their old one in half and it was quite intricate inside.

Yeah you'd need good external catch cans on both the intake manifold side and the intake pipe side with a PCV valve integrated into the vacuum side threaded outlet. Even then, it won't be as good as the stock PCV setup.

Nope, tested it and all works great.

Just what I ended up with. I thought using the cable duct and using the factory clips were the most logical solution.

I know with the 335i it has two big wiring looms and if you put those through the cable duct, there is no room left for any vac lines.
How did you go about yours?
I didn't want to cut into the plastic wire conduit so I and using velcro ties on the bottom of the cable duct. I ended up using the other spare spot in the cable duct for the brake booster vacuum hose

Hello I read this and it is similar to a thread I just posted not too long ago! I am going to add your suggestions to my war on plastic thread! Take a read and see if anything on my list can be added to yours

Do you like plastic lines that break?? I sure dont, so I changed it! https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1683666
