2007 335i CPO coupe with Extended Warranty
I recently upgraded to a 2011 335is, so up for sale is my beautiful 2007 BMW 335i coupe in Alpine White with Saddle Brown leather interior. I'm the second owner. I purchased the car as a BMW CPO three years ago. At that time I also purchased a 5 year / 100,000 mile EXTENDED WARRANTY from Warranty Direct (see the CA approved "Elite+" plan athttps://www.warrantydirect.com/AllCaliforniaPlans.aspx). I thought I'd keep the car after the CPO warranty expired. This Warranty Direct bumper to bumper extended warranty (similar coverage as the original factory warranty) will expire in March 2015 or 100,000 miles. The mileage is currently 59,400. So if you plan to/want to drive 40,000 miles over the next two years, then this is the car for you. I've owned Alfa Romeos most of my life (still own a 1972 GTV and turbocharged 1972 Berlina), but the BMW 335i coupe has stolen my heart as an everyday driver. I love the car. My wife thinks I'm crazy for selling it, but my new 335is has those extra features that I appreciate. She just doesn't get it. Like many of you, I'm fanatical about maintaining my cars, both cosmetically and mechanically. I've changed the oil and filter every 6000 miles even though the dealer says the car will tell me when it needs to be changed!... I don't think so. I have a complete detailed maintenance and repair log. It hasn't needed much. Here are the Factory installed options on this 2007 335i coupe that stickered back in late 2006 at over $50K: Premium package ($2450), Sport Package w/paddle shifters ($1000), Steptronic auto trans ($1275), Active steering ($1250), Cold Weather package ($750), Comfort access ($500), Power rear sunshade ($350). The upgrades I've installed include: BMW factory performance "313 style" 18 inch 5 spoke alloy wheels (from my 2011 BMW 335is) with new Bridgestone runflat tires, tinted windows, black front kidney grilles, black shadowline window molding, and silver painted brake calipers. Engine is unmodified, but runs very strong. Given the superior overall condition of the car, the upgraded wheels, and the Extended Warranty, I'm asking $23,900. I will negotiate some, but I'm not entertaining any low ball offers. It is really a beautiful car and drives as well as the day I bought it. Please come see it/drive it before you make an offer. It's currently posted on Autotrader and Orange County Craigslist. The car is located in Southern CA. My name is Gary, and I can be reached at 714 501-2163. |

Thanks for the kind words. I realize that many owners/readers on e90post are strictly manual transmission guys. I was too, with my Alfas, but I've really become accustomed to paddle shifting all the time. It provides the same satisfaction for me because it relies on your ear to hear the proper shift point, without having to work the clutch (particularly in traffic). I particularly like the fact that in Sport mode the engine defaults to 2nd gear at a stop. First gear is so short, and I don't have that many trees in my yard to uproot! Although the 2007 ZF trans is no DCT, it is still a very nice shifting transmission. Thanks again for the support.
