I have been already to 2-3 workshops to fix this but none can’t fix my problem.

So the car showed one day after getting it tuned stage 2 some error codes first abs then brake after 1 min every light came on after that I couldn’t drive it normal my rpms didn’t work speed also the wipers just started to continue without stopping etc

A mechanic told me it’s the DSC control unit buyed an aftermarket one but still the same problem if I connect it you can’t read anything if I disconnect the DSC control unit you can read everything anybody that can help me with this please look here also some pictures

I bet your issue is either ground or FRM related. Wipers not turning off is a dead giveaway the FRM is toast.

Or battery voltage - have you checked your battery is good, and charging properly?

I do not know what the problem is. But, I don't believe in coincidences. Your problems started almost immediately after reprogramming the engine control computer (tune). I also don't believe in multiple unrelated problems occurring at one time. If checking the ground does not fix your problems, I would put your original tune back in your car and see if the problems go away.
