Intermittent CEL but car seems to run fine

So a couple months ago I got a deal on a 2010 335d it's a super fun car but has some issues. I have fixed some interior bits and mirrors that we pretty easy. For the most part the only code I had was for the passive Def tank level sensor which I fixed with a 10k resistor. The car did die on me once when the fuel level got below a 1/4 tank and it ran out of fuel. I filled it up and bled the fuel system and it started right up. I finally replaced the fuel filter so hoping that fixes that issue.
A couple times though I have gotten a bunch of codes at start up that seem to not have any effect on the vehicle. CEL comes on as soon as I street it and when I scan the car I get these codes.
DME/DDE [D73N57C0] | 4596: 4596 Operational smoothness regulator, cylinder 3
DME/DDE [D73N57C0] | 4595: 4595 Operational smoothness regulator, cylinder 6
DME/DDE [D73N57C0] | 4592: 4592 Operational smoothness regulator, cylinder 4
DME/DDE [D73N57C0] | 4C89: Coolant temperature, plausibility
DME/DDE [D73N57C0] | 4D16: 4D16 SCR system, efficiency
DME/DDE [D73N57C0] | 459C: 459C Operational smoothness regulator, cylinder 1
DME/DDE [D73N57C0] | 4B16: Zero-quantity adaptation, injector, cylinder 5
DME/DDE [D73N57C0] | 3FF1: Air mass measurement

Car drives fine and when I clear them it stays that way for a while. I'm wondering if the cold is affecting something that wasn't an issue this summer.
Thanks

Oh boy, you're in for some new injectors in the future. Do yourself a favour get a jug of HotShots diesel extreme and hope those codes go away. Might be able to delay the inevitable.

I’m definitely game to give it a shot. I cleared those codes and they haven’t come back in the past 50 miles. It’s strange that those codes only happen occasionally.

So the place I bought it from said they looked at the intake and it was clean but we will see how much that was worth. Thanks for the advice everyone. I will put some injector cleaner in for good measure but more importantly I will pull the intake when I get a chance. Can you usually get the manifold off without damaging the gaskets? I can order a set if I’m pretty likely to damage them.
