lol at this thread. It's always going to wear stuff faster the harder you drive (especially brakes, tires, and clutch), but if you're paying to drive a (BMW/Porsche/Vette/Any performance car) you might as well run it like it was meant to be run IMO. A lot of the low mile babied cars have more issues than the higher miles cars that have been driven hard, maintenance is much more important than driving slow.

hahahaha this thread got way off topic!! hahaha Ya im an 18 year old behind the wheel of a 335 and when i got my car i was JUST like you but (i hope) youll soon realize theres no point to driving ur car hard for no reason.. I beat the shit outta mine for the first few months but now its smooth sailing.. unless someone cuts me off just a bit too close . but to answer your question yes itll take the abuse but only to a certain point.. no car is indestructible

very true..i was actually reading a thread about a month ago where some kid was saying how the dealer wont fix his car (it had loose screws in the engine or something) because they claimed he messed around with the engine (which he swore on his post he didn't)...he even went as far as posting on this site lying to everyone saying he didn't mess around with anything..long story short..his SA was actually an active member on this site, saw his post, searched his past threads and found several threads asking about installing a JB3 and problems associated with installing it..the SA forwarded the post to bmw and his warranty was revoked...so see? only bad things come from stuff like this..not only that i (along with many others on this forum im sure) DEFINITELY will always remember to never buy a 330xi from some douche kid in MA, thats for sure...

Or my computer may have been hacked by a car enthusiast who loves to visit the e90 forums. Basically, what i'm saying is that there is now way to definitively and accurately track an individual using computers and the web. Plus, BMW has committed so many unlawful acts in my presence that voiding my warranty would really not work in their favor.

I don't know why we have gotten so off topic but remember that BMW is the ultimate driving machine. With a name like that, full-throttle on occasion shouldn't hurt the slightest bit.
I think you mean "you're"

More legal advice please!!!!!

Are you sure? There's not a lot of teenagers that own a 2006 330xi that might be having problems going to Herb Chambers BMW dealership.

Trust me, you don't know how much you can find out about someone from teh intarwebs.

OP really went to the safe house lol. another useless e90post.com thread.
when you're 15 and say "I'm a certified automotive technician".......
adults hear "They make me sweep up the shop."

Only a child would get onto this thread and start throwing statements about money in others' faces. fucking brat.

3. You are a certified automotive technician huh? As a teeneger? If you were a technician you wouldnt be asking us about abusing your BMW. You might be a Certified weedwacker technician but i doubt you are a Certified Automotive Technician.

I call BS on the op....

But if it is true, abusing the system will come back to put you in a bad position if your car doesn't do it to you first.

I can't get over how frequent threads like this are....EVERYWHERE on the internet.

Doesn't matter if it's a high class forum, or a dodge neon forum (no offense to 'em). there are weird pricks like this everywhere

4. I purchase the car with my own money...If your smart about it, your can make a shit load of money in the stock market. I started with 5k and worked my way up.
hahahahahaha, stereotypical response from insecure defensive owner

1. he needs a$$ to get a bimmer, pathetic
2. a certified auto tech is posting questions here on warranty claims?
3. stock market? please explain i'd love to hear this one. so with 5k you made a 500% return, and this of course is after-tax. btw i've been working in the capital markets ever since i came out of college so this should be interesting.
