E92 Coupe - Battery Drain - Fuse 28

Hi All,

Im having major issues with a drain, the car just wont start in the morning !

I took it to someone and after 2 days he came back and said something in the car is not shutting off for 40 mins of the car being turned off.
His solution was to remove fuse 28 from the box - Yes this sorted the drain but it leaves me with nor radio. AC, rear sensors, some lights off and the major one the cooling fan.

Has anyone had this issue who could shed some light on this issue as im losing the will to live here!

Many Thanks for any advice
