328i or 328xi (single-side exhaust only, no 335-style exhausts)

Will not fit E90, E92, E93.

Recently removed from my E91, complete with all pieces and installation hardware *except* the M12 hex bolt - This bolt is torque-to-yield and is not designed to be re-used, replacement can be easily sourced, full bolt spec is in the Kurt instruction sheet.
