As you can see the original piece was beyond dead. Super nasty. The job wasn't really hard but it took a long time to fan-dangle the old piece out and then clean all the adhesive. I used a heat gun, goof off, floss, a razor blade and a screw driver.

Just read through your thread having just picked up my E91 recently. Just keep this unicorn and add a roof box to haul the items for a growing family. All kidding aside, looks like you took great care of this one. Good luck with the sale. Will be making my own thread inspired by yours soon.

Lovely. I wish mine was a sporttourer. Then, they don't make the wagon with the good engine.
