It used to be my profession until i turned to the aircraft industry, worked with cars all my life so I'm thinking a few subtle things nothing outrageous.
Lower bumper spoiler if I can find one, if not custom make one. Flare the arches a little blended into the front bumper and same with the rear quarters. Bring those wheels out a bit more give it a real fat arse. |

Not really after that type of look if I'm honest buddy. I hate the whole replica thing. Just bring the arches out slightly to give it a wider stance. Plus In materials won't cost me too much, will just take up some of my time. These are just plans for now. Wether I have time to get this done with a 2 and a half year old and 1 year old is another thing.

Quick update:
So I finished work early this evening and had a spare 30 minutes to get the angel eye bulbs changed, been sitting on my kitchen worktop for the last week dying to get them fitted. The yellow halogen bulbs of the halo where the biggest let down on the car for me. Passenger side was literally a 20 second job since there's room to play in a 320d. The drivers side was a different matter. Undone the air box and cable tied it out the way so I could get my hand in, took about 15-20 minutes of fiddling but got there in the end. Looks 10x better. Not the brightest but a vast improvement. Excuse the iPhone picture quality |

So I've been looking for a front lip / spoiler and there's not a great deal out there, I considered the ak style spoiler but I just wasn't feeling it. I had an m performance kit on my old f10 and for me they are the best looking ones. So I decided to buy the f30 m performance lip and go down the route of making it fit. I've googled it and searched a few forums and found nobody that's done it successfully. I'm hoping there's not too much cutting, re-shaping and filling involved but it's paid for and on it's way so tough luck if there is haha.
What are everyone's opinions on this? I think will make the bumper look a lot fuller and mean. |

It's essentially the BMW Performance splitters with a lip attached underneath, why didn't you order them and make a lip rather than try and cut up the bit shaped for an F30 bumper?

I prefer the look of the f30 lower section being more square. It shouldn't be to much hard work to get it to fit. Be a nice project and keep my busy for a few hours. Need some help though in two minds wether to colour code it or leave it matt black?
