Exclamation Eisenmann exhaust problems

courtesy from my buddy Suseng lim who bought 2 eisenmann for his cars.
1 is for his SL 350 mercedes benz and another 1 is for this 2008 X5 3.0 liter.
He is not a member at this forum

first of all, he bought it from one of his buddy who is a eisenmann dealer in south el monte.told him that the mercedes benz is SL 350 but when he received the muffler he found out that the tag is under SL 500. IND eisenmann told the shop that SL 350 and SL 500 is the same structure or system...

secondly, Eisenmann exhaust muffler is having a fittment problem.expecially between the muffler and the exhaust tips.

Asking for compensiation.
please solve this problems asap.

might be a little help for the name of the vendor...it's kind of hard to ask for compensation when we don't know who the vendor is. it probably would have been better if he bought it from a well-known vendor in the first place..

sounds like someone might have sold you the wrong exhaust. Not necessarily an eisenmann problem.

All you had to do was go on INDs website and look. The 350/500 have the same exhaust. Sounds like an installation problem, not an exhaust problem.

How is there is a fitment problem between the muffler and the tips?

They are literally just welded straight on.

If there is a problem send a photo to the manufacturer?
