Front left Halo's not working?

So today I got in my car and a warning light came on that looked like a light bulb with an exclamation point inside. I went outside to check out if it was the front headlights and it was. The left halo's aren't working. The high beams work though. Called the dealer and said it would be covered under warranty. My questions are:
Has this happened to anyone else?
Do they replace the whole headlight unit or just the halo's?
Will they replace both of the headlights?
How long is the turn around time for the fix?

mine went out and i replaced it in less than 5mins the manual has the instructions but if its being done under warranty you will save yourself 15 bucks if you had to do it yourself

Happened to me too...apparently the bulb carriers tend to be loose and the bulbs don't fit snug enough. If they find that to be the problem, they'll just replace the carrier too...super quick fix either way.

Is this something I can do myself? I'm not very tech savvy with stuff like this but I could go to Autozone or something and ask for some help. I just don't want to drive 40 minutes to the dealership to get it fixed if it's something <$20

Most likely your (H8) bulb went out on that side. You can simply go to AutoZone and pick up any pair of H8 bulbs and replace them yourself

Use this YT video for reference:

Haha you guys are awesome. I went to the Autozone by my house and sure enough it was the H8 bulb that went out! 15 bucks and donezo! The only problem I had was I dropped the busted one down in there. Took about 30 minutes to get out.
So now that I feel DIYed, I want to know if there are any bulbs out there that are error free that would change the color from it's yellow state to a white one!
Is this what LUX H8 bulbs replace?

I had the same thing happen to me...but my problem is I can't find an H8 bulb anywhere. I went to AutoZone, PepBoys, and WalMart....none of them even carried the thing.
Any suggestions on where I can buy one? I'm also interested in changing the color to a little more white/slight blue....mine as well while I've got my hands dirty. Any advice would be great thanks.

OK so I'm having a similar issue. My passenger side halo's went out BUT ALSO my high beams don't work. I can flip the stalk forward and the lows (outboard lights) seem like they illuminate a larger area but the inboard lights simply will not turn on. Ideas?

So are you getting 2 (or 3) errors? 1 for the angel eye bulb out. And the others for the halogen high beams out?

When you push the stalk forward, it opens a shutter in the xenon projectors to allow more light out. If that's not working, mechanism to open and close that shutter is faulty and the only solution is a new headlight.

When you pull the stalk toward you, it lights the inner, halogen, flash-to-pass beams. If you're getting errors, just replace the bulbs. If you aren't getting any errors, I'm not sure. Could be wiring. A faulty FRM. Idk.

Well I'm only getting the light bulb with the exclamation point in the middle. Can't afford a code reader right now. When I do the flash to pass the inboard light on the driver's side lights up in a sickly amber color and the passenger side may glow a little bit I can't remember. Stalk forward and the outboard lights stay lit and the inboard ones don't do anything. I'm treating it as two separate issues. The AE 's I'm not worried about as I was planning on replacing them with LEDs soon anyway.

Can anyone help? I have a standard ballast on one side and a slim one on the other, the halos on the side with the slim ballast are not working, but the light is, do you think it's the ballast that doesn't work? or ???

aftermarket headlights, they had worked fine for a while
