How do I monitor injectors under load with INPA?

I am just getting my car back on the road after a rebuild but I have no idea if the injectors are even good or not. I see videos of people using INPA while the car is running to see the injectors but I can't find instructions on how to get into that mode and how to understand what the red and green bars mean, what is the normal readings, how much they should vary, etc. etc. Can anyone point me to some instructions or video on how that test works and what to look for?
