I'm running Kw V1 right now, it is pretty lower than that car I think. If there are no spacers, is the inside of the wheel to the strut housing gap gonna be a problem?

Inner clearance isn't problem. Since you are lowered you might need fender roll to rear if you use spacers, but if that is the case i would use 15mm spacer. Only because it will look better.
