2011 BMW 320d engine rattle
Afternoon everyone, hoping someone can instantly recognise an engine rattle for me?
Link to youtube video here: Noticed it a few days ago, and now I'm a bit paranoid about it! Took it down to local indy who's words were "sounds a bit bottom-endy to me, when was it last serviced?" Told him last oil and filter service at main dealer in November, to which he said get them to take a look at it. So i contacted the dealer who said they'd be happy to have a look at it, but it will cost £99 for the privilage - and should it be related to the oil service we will waive the fee. Could it be related to thier service or am i just wasting their's and my time (and money) going there? any help appreciated. Thank you. Geoff. |
