The sedoy 4.27.22 one click installer works perfectly with Java, Chrome & Visual C distributables already installed. The OP had missed a registry entry, that's why upper pane is blank.

How did you detect that and what is it.
I no in Inpa you have to add some .ocx files and that
the Inpa standard tools installations add some other set of info
to setup the interface for obd .
And I have seen lack of C++ redistributables reek havoc.
But what specifically is this missing item?
If Sedoy is one click shouldn't it install all necessary items.
Or is there also a prep sheet for it that tells you how to get
the computer ready to accept it?

One of my worst online buying experiences.
Zero confirmation of receipt of order, Late delivery, no reply to queries about late delivery.

Described as latest software with one click installation.

Was not "One Click" though did not expect it to be, had to search online to find help elsewhere.

Software use returned several errors, would no connect to vehicle, eventually he sent a link to the "latest version". Still did not work, no support.

Seller agreed to refund when I returned cable, but refused to refund return postage.

Item sent recorded delivery. No refund, Seller ignored several emails which included proof of signed delivery.

Months later I submitted claim to Paypal. It took several communications for seller to process original refund.

I am still at a loss of my time and return postage.

I tried to download the sp-datens for my car and the link from nz just gives all type of errors. Does anybody have a reliable link for the sp-datens? I see a lot of people having problems with the bummergeeks link besides me.
