VW GOLF GN66OCW you are a cunt!

If you ever read this, you are a CUNT! idiot, I nearly lost the control of my car because you thought brake testing others is a great idea.

Learn how to drive and how to respect others on the road. You were blocking the fast lane when inner lane is empty and you knew that I was behind you.
Finally when I tried to avoid you by going to slower lane, your childish nature did not accept that and you showed your real nature!

Karma will get you one day, you cunt!

Rant over!

Thanks for moral support.

I looked at Kent police website however I doubt that they will do much about it.

Don't know I have a mate in Warwickshire/west mids traffic and they are more than happy with good dash cam footage as it helps them just do a friendly pick up and question ? I'm sure Kent would be the same

This might be worth a ganders https://www.witnessconfident.org/ads...ence-to-police

Clearly a contender for cunt of the week.
I also think you should forward it to the relative constabulary.

Were you planning on undertaking him?

The driving standards on the uk roads nowadays are getting worse and worse so the level of driving standard from the golf driver doesn't surprise me.

2-3 minutes of video before the other video....

I guess I was not sure...
First thing came in to my mind, come to inner lane and then decide. I could have undertaken him if this is how idiots behave.

Not sure why, but perhaps people are hating Beamers more and more.

I do not have any other reason than I was driving a modest BMW.

Most Golf drivers are respectful however we get twats driving all sort of cars.

You should have just been more patient. Yes, he was hogging the outside lane, but by going for the undertake, you put yourself in unnecessary danger.

Both in the wrong as far as I'm concerned.

Will take that as a positive criticism. But have you watched the other video as to for how long I have been behind him?

Ok. Take it as useful advice I was in a similar position to yourself, but there was an unmarked police car behind me. I got done for "driving without due care and attention", all for being a little impatient.

Just watched the second video and the traffic looks fairly heavy. So, even if the Golf moved back into lane 1, you'd have soon been held up by somebody else further ahead.

Everybody just needs to chill the fuck out myself included sometimes.

Not me. You looked pretty chill. Seems to me he did it to try to be a citizen police and driving instructor, as well as a dick.

That said depends on the geography you are in. NYC, NJ, FL drivers are very different from KS, GA, NC drivers. You would be tame in the first set, aggressive in the second. Idk how your style compares with your area. I used to say i was aggressive until the PC police made that a bad thing. Now I say I'm assertive vs most who are passive.

Fair enough however you are missing a point.

No matter how busy it is, you do not test brake your driving fellow! Especially not in those moments when they are half here and half here. If you watch the video carefully, I nearly went into central barrier, as rear end came out and I had to oversteer to other side to compensate it. Its only that we have brilliant DSC / ABS that car corrected itself!

I think the second he hit the brakes might've had something to do with the lorry on the left.
I've found myself in these positions before and all you can do really is change your own behaviour and not the other person. I stay further back from lane hogs. They're usually some old dude oblivious to the fact you're there.

Agreed. He shouldn't have brake tested you. But. As soon as he cut back into lane 1 ahead of you, you should have dropped back and increased your braking space. Then, when he brake tested you, you'd have had more time and road to brake.

Do yourself a favour and get yourself a copy of this book.....

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Roadcraft-d.../dp/0117021687

It's what the Police Pursuit drivers use as their manual.

Read that as soon as I passed my test......26years ago. Most of it is common sense......which unfortunately isn't that common.

Sausage munching driving. He had plenty of time and space to pull over. He chose not to until you moved to the left lane. As for the braking that is just silly, there was no issue with traffic ahead or lorry in the lay-by.
