Power steering issue!!!!

I am very new to the forums and I NEED HELP. I’ve been having an issue with my power steering pump. On cold starts there is a loud rattle like sound and the pump whines SO loud, it goes away once the car warms up. This problem has been going on for about a week and seems to only get louder. I let my car sit before driving away and when I drive away it is still very loud. Car is 100% stock besides the Performance exhaust, 95k miles well maintained. I need to know if anyone has had a similar issue and what they did to fix it, I can post a video once I figure out how Lol. 2011 335xi coupe

lack of fluid will make the pump whine. Make sure u have proper and flush the fluid first.
