Will hook to trickle charge now.

Also low battery voltage can cause false error codes
during diagnostics.
Clear codes and run full diagnosis when the battery
is fully charged with the car turned on and running.
Also did the Nav come back after doing this?

I always code with the engine running. I am not sure how Carly wants you to do it.

Unattached charger this morning and battery at the terminals under the hood read 13.24 volts. Turn car on and still no navigation. I will return after work and try another diagnostic test and see what faults show up.

I pulled the large black relay yesterday and inspected it and the terminals for discoloration of any sort to point towards something having burned out and saw nothing. Upon reinstalling the relay i could hear things turn back on. Presumably the other items powered off that relay so im guessing the relay is good because of that right?

No bistable relay fail anymore ?
check voltage at Nav/idrive controller
and fuse on back .
If you have voltage and intact fuses
bad Nav probably.

Is the bistable relay failure still present?

http://pinoutguide.com/Car-Stereo-Au...3_pinout.shtml

Is there 12 volts on pin 15 on the connector at the above link
is the fuse good on the connector on the back of the CCC good.
Is the fuse for the Nav on the fuse board good?

F31 must have pulled the wrong diagram before said f40
fuses are based on monthly build changes.

Online fuse diagrams are never right for this car. The in car fuse sheet seems to be the most accurate.

The link with the picture or the fuse box is from the Bently
manual .
The chart hidden behind the glove seems to disappear in used
cars.

Highly odd that you would be missing a fuse.

I would say take it back out.

Even since i put it in the radio lights wont shit off. And that fuse was sitting in the glove box i figured it was just a spare. Maybe they took it out because thats what drained the battery?

Take out fuse 23 make sure everything is back to where
it was fuse wise . Make sure the battery voltage is still
good . Clear errors and run the entire set of diags.
Expand the error messages from terminal 30g. bistable
relay is that error still there?

So the original owner new about fuse 23 but didn't tell you.
Amazing.
F31 or F40 should still be the main fuse for the CCC
If the fuse is good you will have to pull the CCC and verify
that there is 12 volts on the connector and that the fuse
on the back of the unit is not blown.

If both those are true then you need a new unit most likely .
