This is my PS2 dyno. Through an A6, and AWD.....
It would easily make 560whp/570tq through a RWD M6.

PS2 is WELL worth it...... BTW, Now at 112K miles. 20K with the PS2.

There is a solid 30-40whp gain at 4000+:

How's the turbo doing? Any logs ?

Still running fine. You kinda of replied to a post with a log in it. You can also see a few new logs in my datazap account using that link.

Thoughts on the Ebay PS1 alternative? I'm going PS2 but I was surprised to find no reviews of it.

Not much to say. It's still spinning. I have the TRDT branded turbo. It's the same manufacturer just different segment of the same parent company.

+1
A virtual dyno (4th gear) and a log was posted. A PS1 virtual dyno was also posted by OP (3rd gear). What else do you think I am going to be able to provide for you?

you're asking me how an extra 30-40 whp feels? Like everything you get used to it. It was a nice bump over the stock turbo. Am I street racing turbo lambos now? No.

VTT has install instructions on their website. You swap just the CHRA and cover not the whole turbofold.

It’s an AT E90 with a full tank and tools in the trunk... it’s definitely close to if not over 3700 lbs without driver lol

Hi, I am from Hong Kong, I have did a lot of review before try to flash my car with MHD, and I finally decide to flash it today, but my flash didn’t went well and my car can’t turn on anymore, this is the process of my flash, hope that you can help me.

First, I have my battery connected to my car, then I pug in the K+DCAN cable, it connect successfully, I purchases the flasher module and stage 1 map, then I go backup my ECU and start flash the map. Firstly it go well, but then it stuck at (15%, 31min) left. I wait for more than 1 hour but it still stuck at 15%, so I have choices to unplug the cable, then I restart the phone and ofcause my car can’t start anymore.

After my phone restarted, I try to flash my car back to stage 0, the MHD app go well and start flash back to stock, later on, it stuck at (89% 2min) left again, after half hours, I have no Choice to unplug the cable again. Finally, the MHD app no longer connects to the ECU, I try with the same cable that I have used and it said no cable detected. That is all the process of my flash, hope that you can give me some help, thanks.

This thread is about the Pure stage 1 turbo. If you're looking for help with MHD either post it in the MHD thread or start a new one.

Weight of your car on the dyno was 3855???? With a 360 lbs driver maybe!
On a virtal dyno you can gain horsepower by increasing the weight of the car and that is what your tuner did!

While this might be true, it's common to make 400whp on 93aki with an ewg or ps1 turbo. 420whp to as much as 450whp with ethanol. So yeah weight in the vd might be skewed but these turbos will make 400whp+ peak and down to around 370whp at redline.

Like I said, it's a nice 30-40whp bump. Like going catless downpipe.
