"Engine malfunction reduced power" after warming up and accelerating. Please help
Hey guys been having this issue for several months now. After my 2011 335i warms up i get the "engine malfunction reduced power" message. It comes on every time i accelerate and disappears as soon as i let go of the gas pedal or start cruising. As soon as i press the pedal any further to pick up speed it comes on again. I have a 6 speed mt so i get the light on every shift which gets annoying. Pulled codes with mhd and the only thing i get is a "332e terminal 87_1 no voltage" no idea what it means and there's very little info on it on the forums. Car drives 100% normal even when the message comes on. Im completely stumped on this one. Any help is highly appreciated
Car has 120k miles. |

332E is not germane. Any speculation on causes without relevant code history is pointless.
However, you can probably address the 332E by unplugging your IBS. |
